About

I'm the son of immigrant parents who taught me the value of honest work. I cut my teeth in agencies, working alongside talented people and soaking up everything I could.

Eventually, I had the opportunity to start something of my own, a chance to put all of that experience to work. I chose the name Campo (Spanish for "field") as an homage to my parents. They taught me to love what you do no matter how tough the challenge and to do right by others. Great things are created when we put in the hours, get out of our comfort zones, and reach for something better — together.
